Dabei wird die druckreife Datei vom PC direkt an die Druckmaschine gesendet. Anschlie\u00dfend bringt diese die Farbe direkt auf das Material und h\u00e4rtet sie mittels UV-Licht aus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die UV Technologie kommt beispielsweise im Offset- oder Flexodruck zum Einsatz. Er beherbergt zus\u00e4tzliche kleine Beh\u00e4lter f\u00fcr die UV Drucktinte und die Druckk\u00f6pfe. Diese bringen Zeile f\u00fcr Zeile die farbige Tinte auf das Material auf.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Im gleichen Arbeitsgang trocknet ein spezielles UV-Licht den frischen Druck. Zum Einsatz kommen dabei <strong>UV Xenon Brenner<\/strong>. Diese werden allgemein auch als Quecksilberdampflampe bezeichnet.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Moderne Druckmaschinen sind mit energiesparenden <strong>UV LED Lampen<\/strong> ausger\u00fcstet.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dieses Verfahren der Trocknung wird auch als<strong> chemische H\u00e4rtung<\/strong> bezeichnet. Die UV Strahlung ist eine kurzwellige und energiereiche Strahlung im nicht sichtbaren Bereich. Die daf\u00fcr verwendeten <strong>UV Tinten<\/strong> enthalten Fotoinitiatoren. Durch das auftreffende Licht zerfallen diese in freie Radikale. Das sind Molek\u00fcle, die \u00fcber ein freies Elektron verf\u00fcgen.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Diese versuchen nun w\u00e4hrend der chemischen Reaktion Verbindungen mit anderen Molek\u00fclen einzugehen. Folglich verbinden sich in diesem Prozess die Farbpigmente und Zusatzstoffe der Tinte zu einer langen Polymerkette. Ist schlie\u00dflich dieser Vorgang beendet, sind alle Teilchen miteinander vernetzt. Moderne Druckmaschinen bieten dar\u00fcber hinaus den Einsatz optionaler Tinten an. Dabei vergr\u00f6\u00dfern Sonderfarben wie Rot, Orange oder Violett das Spektrum der darstellbaren <a href=\"\/blog\/farbpsychologie-marketing\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Farben<\/a> erheblich. Dar\u00fcber hinaus verbessern helles Cyan oder helles Magenta als Zusatzfarbe die Farbabstufungen oder auch Farbverl\u00e4ufe.
